Werner went out at 5:30 am this morning to try to get some good landscape shots before the storm arrives. I image afterwards all we will get are photos of wreckage! :-) Seriously, they did warn us that the trees and shrubbery will get stripped bare, so we thought "this is it" as far as getting really pretty pictures.
Werner said the sunrise wasn't as good as he wanted because it was too cloudy. They are "silvery" instead of colorful! Then it began to sprinkle. Still, here are some very nice pictures.
Hopefully the storm will pass around us and we will be able to update this website in a few days. But I would say we will definately be housebound on Tuesday (Monday your time).
